This private (client only) web page may be updated frequently and will show the routing schedule, billboard tracking information, photographs, comments and important notes. It is available to view 24/7 from now till six weeks post campaign completion. Please share this site with the advertiser and your marketing team.
Updates are posted within a day or so of the specific event date after it is received and processed through the B2G office. This is a one page site, so please scroll all the way down to view its entire contents. MOBILE BILLBOARD MARKET: BRENTWOOD NY AND ADJACENT AREAS
NOTE: 02-22-22 The focus of the Pet Expo mobile billboard campaign will be concentrated within the designated geographical markets shown above. Specific routing suggestions were discussed between Andrew Miller and Dennis Garetano. The target audience is the general population skewed towards a more affluent female. To reach this demographic, we recommend routing the mobile billboard truck to run on busy commercial roads with high retail density. The drivers will visit pet supply stores, big box stores and supermarkets. Additional mobile billboard routing suggestions may be requested in advance.
To reach a wider variety of audience the start time may vary from 9am-11am, and runs 8 consecutive hours: The billboard driver will follow the route suggestions as close as possible. Once driving on the local roads things may change slightly due to safety, local road regulations, weight / height restrictions, and other traffic demands that is best left up to driver’s discretion.

NOTE: 02-22-2022 The Pet Expo Brentwood mobile billboard campaign is scheduled to start on March 1st. The banners are now in production. As soon as photos of the mobile billboard are available they will be posted to this site. The GPS Unit Number will be posted above before the start of the campaign. All campaign information and notes will be posted to this private client portal. Please check often for updated information.
NOTE: 02-23-2022 As per the request of Dennis, the Pet Expo billboard banner art will be modified to show a new address. Photos most likely will be posted to this portal within the next or so, showing the mobile billboard with the banners installed.
NOTE: 02-26-2022 The Pet Expo billboard banners are being installed and the billboard unit will be on schedule to start March 1st. Below is a photo of the billboard at the Linden NJ depot getting prepared for the campaign.
NOTE: 02-28-2022 The Pet Expo mobile billboard is being driven from Linden NJ to Brentwood NY. The billboard will stop by the Pet Expo office in Huntington Station for a meet and greet with Dennis, about 2:30pm this afternoon. A route schedule has been developed and was broken down to regions per day. The following PDF file link (in red) shows the routing target areas including visiting the local retail pet shops (excluding Saturday, TBD.)
NOTE: 02-28-2022 As discussed between Dennis and Andrew today, the time schedule for the campaign will be Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
