MOBILE BILLBOARD MARKET:  NEW YORK CITY OUTER BOROUGHS

NOTE: 11/04/23 The focus of the campaign will be concentrated within the designated geographical market as shown on the map above. The client may supply a list of events and/or locations that we will strive to support.

To attract a wider audience, the advertising campaign may have different start times within a range of 9am to 11am, covering a total of 8 consecutive hours. The billboard operator will try their best to follow the suggested routes accurately. However, when traveling on local roads, there might be slight deviations due to safety considerations, local road rules, weight or height limitations, and other traffic-related factors. These decisions will be made by the driver based on their judgment. Additionally, specific routing recommendations may be considered for the campaign. If you want to schedule a special event, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance.

Mobile Billboard Art Supplied to Billboards2Go by Centerlight Healthcare

Driver’s Side Banner Sample – Both Units

Passenger’s Side Banner Sample – First Unit

Rear Banner Sample – Both Units

NOTE: 11/04/23 *The Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign is all set to kick off this Monday morning Nov 6th as planned, with one unit getting exposure in the Bronx. The first unit displays one English side and one Spanish side. This unit will be parked in the Bronx to make get more targeted exposure value. The 2nd unit (when available) will be parked in Staten Island and will service Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. The images provided below were captured late yesterday at the Linden, NJ billboard facility, showcasing the billboard truck undergoing washing and preparations for its journey. As the campaign unfolds, we’ll continue to share more photos right here on this client portal. Make sure to visit frequently for updates. Once we receive the “Chinese” advertising art, we will start production soon after on the banner. Our goal is to ensure the second billboard unit is produced promptly.

NOTE: 11/06/23 The Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign launched today on schedule in the Bronx. The photos below show the billboard unit exiting the Linden depot early this morning and stopping by the Centerlight office on Olinville Ave. Addition photos will be posted when available.

NOTE: 11/07/23 The Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign is operating smoothly. The photos provided below were taken earlier today. One shows the driver handing out Centerlight marketing materials. Additionally, we have included a screenshot of the GPS tracking, which displays the route the billboard unit has taken up until the time of the screenshot, approximately at 4:15 pm on Tuesday afternoon, showing the unit’s location in Queens.

NOTE: 11/10/23 Today, the Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard gained visibility in upper Manhattan and the Bronx. The accompanying photos highlight the billboard strategically placed near two iconic city landmarks: the Apollo Theater on 125th Street in Harlem and in front of Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. The final image displays a screen capture of today’s GPS route, captured around 5:30 PM, illustrating the path taken by the billboard throughout the day.

NOTE: 11/16/23  The Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign is progressing well and has been garnering significant exposure. The unit displayed in the photo images above is the English/Spanish version. We’ve already printed a second set of banners, with the exception of one main side. Currently, we are awaiting the ‘Chinese’ copy banner art. Upon receiving the artwork, it will take approximately three more days for production and installation of the second contracted billboard unit. Please update Russell on the status of the expected art file; he can be contacted at graphics@billboards2go.com.

NOTE: 12/05/23 The mobile billboard operator scheduled for today had to cancel last minute due to a personal emergency, leaving us without a driver. As a result, the billboard won’t be deployed today, but we plan to make up for it by adding Saturday, December 9th. The billboard will return to its regular schedule starting tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we’ll work to minimize any disruptions in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: 12/10/23 The mobile billboard route for tomorrow has been changed due to expected high winds. Instead of going over bridges into Queens, the billboard will now be in Manhattan. This decision was made because Manhattan has many tall buildings, which helps minimize the impact of wind on the billboard. This is rarely done, but we rather take the precaution than not.

NOTE: 12/10/23 The second mobile billboard, set to launch on Tuesday, is currently in preparation. It will be at its designated event location in Jamaica Queens from 10 am to 2 pm as originally planned. You can view the artwork for this unit below, and photos will be posted as soon as they are available.

NOTE: 12/11/23 The second mobile billboard is ready to launch tomorrow. The two photos below were taken at the billboard depot in Linden NJ.

NOTE: 12/12/23 The second Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard successfully launched this morning as planned and reached its destination in Jamaica Queens. The attached photos were captured at the Centerlight Facility, with more images to be shared once they are available.

NOTE: 12/14/23 The Centerlight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign is progressing well, with both billboard units operating independently. The first unit is strategically positioned in the Bronx, providing easy access to Queens, Brooklyn, Upper Manhattan, and Long Island. Meanwhile, the second unit is located near the Verrazano Bridge in Staten Island, covering Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn effectively. The attached printable calendar displays completed and upcoming days for the campaign to December, outlining the schedule for the two units as they target specific markets. January and February’s calendar will be available at a future date,

PRINTABLE CALENDAR LINK: NOV-DEC

NOTE: 12/18/23  10:30am  The driver of the ‘Bronx” mobile billboard has decided to cancel his route today due to high winds and area flooding. He will have a make up day on Saturday Dec 23rd.  The “Staten Island” base unit is out today in Brooklyn heading to Jamaica Queens market.

NOTE: 12/29/23  The Centerlight healthcare mobile billboard campaign is progressing smoothly, with only a few days requiring rescheduling. Please be assured that any missed days will be rescheduled and covered throughout the entire campaign duration. You can download the schedule for January and February 2024 as a PDF here: JAN FEB SCHEDULE

NOTE: 01/04/24  Due to predicted high wind conditions tomorrow the campaign day is to be rescheduled to this coming Saturday.

NOTE: 01/06/24  Thank you for your patience as we address a few makeup days. Despite our commitment to exceptional mobile advertising exposure, we prioritize safety. Due to severe inclement weather with heavy snow, wind, and icy conditions, the campaign is temporarily suspended today and tomorrow. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

NOTE: 01/31/24 Today marks the conclusion of the Bronx billboard truck’s final day, accounting for makeup days as well. The Staten Island truck still has 22 days remaining in its schedule. We are confirming Ann Healey’s email to the graphics department, stating that the Chinese and Korean ad files will be sent to Billboard 2Go soon. This art is part of the extended campaign. An additional 80 total day media buy was made for the two billboards. An emphasis is placed on the urgency to have it up and running for the Chinese New Year special event on February 8th.

NOTE: 02/06/24  Billboards 2Go received two new art files for “Chinese” and “Korean” ads yesterday. The previous files from CenterLight Healthcare, received on Friday, February 2nd, were rushed into production over the weekend to meet a tight deadline for a special event on Thursday, February 8th. However, on the following Monday, Ann Healey discovered that the banner art was incorrect and new files needed to be sent to Billboards 2Go.

The new art files are now being prepared for production, and we are making every effort to have them completed and displayed on the billboard truck in time for Thursday’s event. However, there is no guarantee due to the usual 10-day turnaround for posting banners. Despite being a “super rush” job (provided free as added value), it still may pose a challenge for Billboards 2Go to meet this deadline. At this point it is more likely to be successful than not. Below are two banner sample images.

NOTE: 02/09/24 Exciting news! Billboards 2Go successfully met the tight production deadline for yesterday’s event in Manhattan’s Chinatown. While the billboard driver didn’t capture many photos, he mentioned that there were plenty of CenterLight Healthcare staff present who may have taken more. We’ll aim to include additional photos from the event soon. In the meantime, please find a photo below showcasing the Chinese side of the billboard unit. Also, we’re currently working on creating a detailed route schedule, which we hope to have ready as a printable PDF file by the end of day. As for today, The Chinese/Korean billboard unit is currently getting exposure in the Flushing Queens market, and the 2nd unit is in downtown Manhattan.

NOTE: 02/09/24  Please see some more photos below from today, as well as a few from yesterday.

NOTE: 02/09/24  The Chinese/Korean Ad unit’s proposed route schedule is now available for download as a printable PDF file. Please note that this schedule is subject to minor adjustments due to factors such as weather conditions or special requests from CenterLight Healthcare.

NOTE: 02/13/24  Today’s mobile billboard campaign has been canceled because of the winter storm. We’ll reschedule the missed days for the upcoming Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

NOTE: 02/16/24  The mobile billboard originally planned for Flushing, Queens today, is now getting exposure in Manhattan, specifically Chinatown. This change is due to a high wind warning for the Throgs Neck Bridge, which limits truck traffic. Occasionally, adjustments to the route and schedule may be needed during the campaign, but we will ensure that the overall project goals are still met.

NOTE: 02/22/24  The mobile billboards GPS are working intermittently today. The telecom company provider is trouble shooting the issue and they said it should be resolved shortly.

NOTE: 02/29/24  It appears there was a nationwide telecom outage a few days back, but our equipment is working fine. We experienced only intermittent service for one day. Thank you for your patience and understanding during that time. We’re now back on track!

Please find below a download link for a short video captured earlier today in Chinatown, NYC.

NOTE: 03/04/24  To bring you up to date, as of this Wednesday 2/28, we will have completed the 60-day run for the south truck that got the later start on 12/12/23. This is the truck that has the English art on both sides. We began the additional 40-day campaign for this truck on Thursday, 2/29.

NOTE: 03/11/24 Due to strong winds and restrictions on bridges and highways for trucks, we are postponing today’s mobile billboard campaign. We will arrange to make up for the missed day on the upcoming Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

NOTE: 04/02/24 One of the two mobile billboard trucks is ending its 40-day extension as of today. The second truck will complete it’s run toward the end of April, and at that point we will have it continue for the latest extended media buy (an additional 86 days.)

NOTE: 04/18/24 The mobile billboard for CenterLight Healthcare was updated to a new unit, number 20, replacing the previous unit 15 which required unexpected maintenance. We transferred the banners to the new unit. Below is a photo of the unit being washed before deployment. Additionally, the GPS login details have been updated and can be found in the GPS section above.

NOTE: 04/28/24 The CenterLight healthcare mobile billboard  ran in flushing and Jamaica today.

NOTE: 04/29/24 The CenterLight healthcare mobile billboard campaign is going smoothly! The weather has been favorable, and the new billboard unit is running beautifully. We’re on track to complete the first phase of the campaign extension tomorrow, and we’ll begin the second 86-day extension the following day, Wednesday, May 1st. We’ve also moved the parking of this unit from the Bronx to a more strategic location in Long Island. This shift allows us to spend more time in our target markets and less time commuting, further enhancing our services in the mobile billboard category. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Ann Healey and the entire team at CenterLight Healthcare for choosing Billboards2Go to represent their media needs.

NOTE: 05/10/24 The CenterLight Healthcare mobile billboard campaign is currently in its eighth day of the 86-day extension phase that began on May 1st. The billboard has been prominently displayed in its designated marketing regions, focusing mainly on Brooklyn and Flushing, Queens, with periodic routes through Manhattan, specifically targeting the Chinatown area. We aim to provide substantial exposure for CenterLight Healthcare and are committed to maintaining our high level of service for the duration of the campaign. The movie below was taken in Chinatown Manhattan.

NOTE:08/09/2024 Despite the high winds, the campaign still ran today staying local.

NOTE:08/22/2024 The Centerlight Campaign will be running until August 29,2024. Here are some pictures from this week.

NOTE:08/29/2024 Today is the last day of the Centerlight Campagin. It was a pleasure running this advertisement for the client and we hope to work with them again very soon.
